At Vaelora, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your Vaelora Instant Magnetic Hijab does not stay put the way we promise, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a refund or return
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items should be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Who pays for return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Your statutory right to cancel (UK customers)
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
